Exploratory Call


Before we begin, let’s make sure there’s a mutual fit.  Does it make sense for us to work together?

This quick call helps us determine just that. We’ll touch on what you’re looking for and discover if we can help you with that. We will also see what you have tried before and what you are doing now. This helps us understand the fundamentals to our potential work together.

If it makes sense for us to continue speaking, we’ll set up a time for Step 2, the discovery stage (or, if we have time, get right into it).

Discovery Call

Now that we know there’s a fit, we can get to work.

We’ll get a bit more in-depth on this call. It will last about 20-30 minutes total. Here, we dig into what your goals and vision are for your business. How can we help improve your marketing and sales? What do we need to know to make our time meeting in the future and working together most effective?

This is when the fun begins because we get into the stuff that really matters. Let’s break the surface as to where we want to go.

From here, we will schedule a 1-hour consultation. Now, let’s get down to business.


Now things get exciting.

In this hour-consultation, we’ll discover everything we need to know about your current situation and where you want to go.  This is about deep research so we can put together a plan to help your business continue to succeed.

As we clarify what “success” means to you and how your marketing and sales can be aligned to that, you’ll begin to clearly see the opportunity ahead of you.  Together, we’ll make sure that opportunity is met.

Concluding this call, we’ll schedule another conversation to go over the solutions presentation, where you get to see how we can help you on your path to continued success.

Strategy Presentation

We have everything we need to know about you.  You’ve learned a lot about yourself, your business, and us in the process.

Now, what would our project together include?  We’ll answer that in this presentation.

We walk through what your current problems and opportunities are and tell you exactly how each can be addressed.  Doing this together ensures that you are clear on the purpose and validity of everything we discuss.

One of the most important factors in our work together is return-on-investment.  If there’s no clear ROI for you, we won’t work with you. We don’t want any clients who don’t succeed in our work together, so we’ll make sure that ROI is possible from the start.

When this session ends, you can essentially consider us ready to go. You get the formal proposal, we sign off on everything, and then, you’re one step closer to success.
